Plain-language summary of how Agent Hacker handles personal information on this site. It describes actual site behaviour.

What we collect

Forms on this site collect only what they show: your name and email for the waitlist, and basic business information (market, brokerage, goals) in the cohort intake and custom implementation qualification forms. Payments are processed by our payment provider; card details never touch this site.

How we use it

Transactional email (receipts, program access, schedule changes) is sent to everyone who purchases or registers. Marketing email is sent only if you separately tick the consent box — it is never pre-checked — and every marketing message includes an unsubscribe link, consistent with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we don’t do

We don’t sell personal information, and we never ask for your client lists, passwords or your clients’ personal information.
